We’re in an exciting period of high growth globally, operating in a fast-paced environment – we’re looking for an experienced Ops leader with a remit to initially embed themselves operationally in our day-to-day functions, solve problems and set our processes up to scale. Before then building out an Ops function across HR, Hiring, Finance, IT and Business Operations. For this role it’s essential that you can lead from the front, produce scalable process and simple solutions to problems, and then work independently to implement change and bring about a positive difference. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically at a high level, but also importantly drive those changes at the hands-on level. Immediate Focus:The immediate focus (1-6 months) will be on embedding yourself in the day-to-day operations of the company – with an emphasis on process implementation and optimisation across teams to enable us to continue to operate at scale globally. This stretches across several internal teams:Live Operations – ensuring client support in gameContent Operations – ensuring the quality of content outputtedCreative Content – responsible for design and content creationDelivery / Project Management – responsible for client integrations and ongoing client supportThere is no specialised technical/software skill required - it’s about taking problems and providing effective solutions that will continue to work at scale. Longer Term:Beyond that immediate period there will be the opportunity to build out an Operations function across Hiring, HR, IT, Finance and general Business Operations – but the immediate priority is to set us up to continue to scale at the day-to-day operational level.
