About the RoleICIS Consulting is at the forefront of engagement with our clients and the energy and chemicals industry. We support the strategic agenda and driving the pace in new segments and evolving markets.With both market and commercial expertise, the VP of Consulting - Chemicals, will be a key contributor to the evolution and continued success of the consulting team. Whilst ensuring that ICIS knowledge and expertise is in the places of highest potential.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing activities in the chemicals consulting sector within EMEAExecuting business development, proposals and closing sales on medium to high value engagements.Leading and mentoring junior colleagues, in support of and ensuring high level of project deliverables and project management practicesBuilding and growing relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Interfacing with industry organisation and working with senior consulting team and internal stakeholders.Growing of the consulting portfolio to meet ICIS’ continue drive for growth from master-planning to transaction support capabilities.Identifying every opportunity to demonstrate the value of ICIS data and how it supports strategic decision-making.RequirementsDemonstrate knowledge of the energy and chemicals industry and market fundamentals, with established profile and experience in a consulting businessBe a strategic thinker with dynamic leadership skills, with a track-record and capability to generate high commercial revenuePossess a degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant degreeAble to travel on an ad-hoc basisLearn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and how we work hereAt LexisNexis Risk Solutions, having diverse employees with different perspectives is key to creating innovative new products for our global customers.
