VP Leveraged Finance

Job Description
This VP role will be a senior figure in a European Leveraged Finance team, which will drive MLA underwriting flow from the PE community and support the distribution strategy where the bank are Bookrunners.
Required:
Proven track record in Leveraged Finance from a Bank, Fund or Adviser
Sound understanding of banking products
Familiarity with capital market products and processes
Detailed understanding and demonstrative practical experience of sub investment grade cash flow modelling and documentation
Knowledge of investor base in leveraged loans
