VP - Investment Banking (Restructuring)

Our client, a leading Independent Investment Bank (Top3) are looking to add an additional VP into their Restructuring team in London.Specifically looking for a VP who will be responsible to:Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on restructurings and other relevant financial advisory services for their clients.Lead the preparation of company valuations, restructuring analysis, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation.Play a leading role in transaction negotiations and diligence throughout the course of a restructuring.Provide support and guidance to Interns and AnalystsThe ideal candidate will have a background as follows:A proven background in Restructuring. Ideally 6-8 years experience at an Investment Bank or specialist Restructuring advisory platform.Strong communications skills – ability to interact confidently with banking professionalsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills.Good academic qualifications and demonstrated performanceClient offers a very competitive remuneration package.
