VP Engineering

Requirements
Technicall background ideally in full stack development
Experience working in crypto and a passion for DeFi
Experience in either product or engineering leadership
Close enough to NYC or London to be able to visit at least once a month for a week at a time
Ability to lead and contribute to building and maintain Subgraphs for indexing blockchain data
Experience with front-end web3 libraries (e.g., web3.js, ethers.js) to enable direct DApp interaction from web interfaces
Experience with Integrating oracle systems to fetch real-time data
Enhance our development and deployment processes through the use of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies such as Docker
Develop server-side applications using modern backend frameworks (e.g., NestJs, Next.js), ensuring scalability and maintainability
