Voids Supervisor

A client within the Public Sector based in Greater Manchester is currently recruiting for a Voids Supervisor to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a housing environment.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to provide on-site supervision of voids properties and reporting back to relevant admin and superiors, ensuring compliance of health and safety and the instructions for the job have been followed.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Doing pre and post inspections/surveys on void property works
• Using schedule of rates
• Managing a team of operatives
• Toolbox talks ensuring health and safety

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require experience in a similar role.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering �29 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
