We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a maintenance and refurbishment contractor, who are looking for Supervisors to join them on a permanent basis in Cornwall. Day to Day: Managing trades on site completing repairs and refurbishment projectsSurveying properties and identifying works to be completedUpdating excel spreadsheets, in house CRM and sending emailsTenant and end client updatesH&S, Risk assessmentsSplit of office based and site based workRequirements (Skills & Qualifications): Trade background beneficialExperience of refurbishment projects essentialStrong people management skillsSMSTS or SSSTS would be beneficialMust be IT literateBenefits: Holiday pay Bank holidays off Van and fuel card provided by the companyPlease apply or contact Kirsty Rutlidge at Build Recruitment for further details.
