We are working with a leading, UK contractor and regeneration group to find a successful and proactive Voids Coordinator to join their team in West Byfleet, working on voids contracts within Social Housing.
Working in the Social Housing sector, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop your customer service and organisational skills by tackling several different tasks at once. As a Voids Coordinator, you will support the branch with their voids contracts, liaising with families, supply chain, suppliers, supervisors and sub-contractors to ensure that all associated works are carried out at agreed times.
