Job Description
As the Global Menswear VM Specialist you are responsible for driving an elevated Menswear visual presentation in physical stores to support selling sustainably. You will transform the visual experience strategy into physical concept and lead the Regional specialists in securing the Menswear collection direction, to create an elevated and future fit store experience.
What you will do:
Responsible for all Global Menswear VM information, communication and Regional handovers, to enable the regional teams to create consistent and locally relevant customer experience. Deliver clear communication around Menswear collection strategy and direction, product presentation and store assortment needs, to elevate the in-store experience and secure execution Follow up results of selling, collection presentation and experience of all Menswear visual actions to influence long term visual strategy and provide feedback about it Co-create and drive the in-store experience strategy with the global and regional VM teams, by providing clear and inspiring Menswear VM direction and expectations Coach, empower and inspire regional teams to drive the global store experience strategy forward, to create relevant initiatives and local directions - with clear follow up - that drive Brand and selling Influence Menswear buying and design strategy for future collection opportunities and in-store presentation potential, with feedback from global and regional teams Design and concept innovation, showing awareness of competitor landscape, trends and emerging technologies to ensure that COS is always at the forefront of retail

What you need to succeed:
Previous experience in a Visual Merchandising role supporting multiple markets in a Head Office environment (Menswear essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to inspire, influence, and present confidently to all levels of stakeholders Innovative, vision-driven and forward-thinking Able to work strategically with a sales focus Proficient level across Adobe Design suite and Microsoft 360 Genuine interest and understanding of the COS brand and business, in both visual and commercial sense

This is a full-time permanent contract based at our Head Office in London.
