Job Description
Although no two days are ever the same, there are some things that you can expect to be involved in as a Visual Merchandising Manager include
Offering customers a high level of service, through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience Leading a team of Visual Merchandisers Inspire the team to deliver the brand vision consistently Analyse selling information and take responsibility for the visual direction of the store Installing window displays Creating inspiring outfits and styling mannequins Merchandising stock on the shop floor Support the sales staff with store operations Set the visual merchandising standard for the store and train other managers and staff Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers
Qualifications
To work as a visual merchandiser, you should have previous visual merchandising experience plus the qualities below:
Approximately 1 year experience as a visual merchandising manager Good communication skills Customer focused & Good commercial abilities Self-motivated, adaptable & positive A genuine interest in others Open to learn about and sell our products Excellent planning and organisational skills Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
