We have an exciting opportunity available for a
VM Coordinator
to join our VM team within our luxury Store Support Centre in Croxley Park, Watford. Our talented Visual Merchandising team, works closely with our wider Marketing Buying & Merchandising and Store teams, ensuring our store visual designs reflect our brand, products and sales objectives. Reporting into the Visual Merchandising Lead, as
VM Coordinator
, you’ll be responsible for proposing and implementing the visual strategy and guidelines across multiple stores initiative schemes and activities. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with our Store Operations functions to deliver the presentation of product and new launches in stores.

Please note this opportunity is based 5 days per week on site in our luxury offices in Croxley Park, Watford.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting the VM Manager on the development, creation and delivery of POS, display and window props, setting new standards for the product portfolio to elevate the brand.
Ensuring layout principles are consistently implemented in store and propose actions.
Developing and delivering VM activities with a particular focus on improving VM standard and display.
Supporting the delivery of product launches as follows:
Plan & present the initial ideal store layout for launches to relevant stakeholders for sign off
Ensure mock shop is dressed for sign offs
Merchandise each line by grade for each product category, to drive out ideal store layouts across all grades, trials & store type variations
Determine the point of all POS elements required for launches
Plan, produce & deliver a consistent corporate launch pack for each product category.
Sign off all planograms, line listings, display elements and P.O.S with VM Lead/Manager and other stakeholders
Are you the perfect Gem?
Demonstrable working knowledge of retail visual merchandising essential, relevant qualification desirable.
Demonstrable knowledge of visual merchandising trends and best practices essential and portfolio of own visual displays desirable.
Proficient in MS Office
Profficient in Adobe Creative Suite (desirable) with demonstrable working knowledge of InDesign (desirable)
