We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager, specialising in visual merchandising to join our team in our Covent Garden Flagship. In this role,
you will use commercial reports and superior visual skills to to create a 5* shopping experience for your customers and be driven to educate excellence in the wider store team. Being a brand
ambassadorat all times, you would supportyour manager to create a consistent and inspirational Hobbs experience in store.
Key accountabilities and KPIs include:
Provide outstanding visual presentation across the store, including window schemes, mannequin styling and collection layouts.
Utilise sales budgets, VM guides and model store packs to create a visually enticing store for our customers.
Maintain a commercial approach to role and operations, working closely with the Store Manager to maximise branch performance
Assisting the Store Manager in delivering the Hobbs vision, recognising key areas of strength within the team to anticipate future opportunities About YouAs a Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager you will do more than assist; you will call upon your previous experience and commercial know how to deliver effectively through your team in close partnership with the Store Manager. You will be: Customer-centric and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to coach and upskill high performing non-management teams within the team
A natural role model with a passion and authority, you are both a ‘people’ as well as a ‘commercial’ person.
Enthusiastic on the shop floor interacting with our customers whilst sharing your knowledge and expertise with authority and confidence.
