Our client is hiring for a Virtual Sales Specialist to ensure all clients receive excellent customer service, assisting with order placement and queries.
Responsibilities of the role include managing the VIP client experience via various channels to deliver excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact. Whilst you will be establishing and managing your client portfolio you will actively work the client database to identify new development opportunities.
You will be responsible for the entire client experience from placing orders, exchanges, and refunds in addition to resolving issues or complaints in a timely manner.
This role is suited to an individual who has previous experience within luxury retail, either as senior sales or within personal shopping. Excellent client development and communication skills are essential. You will have excellent written and verbal communication, have the ability work independently and be a great teammate with a shared common goal.
