BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company, who are currently looking to add a VIP Account Manager to their team in London.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional service by contacting and engaging with players via phone, email, and WhatsApp, including occasional in-person client entertainment.
Flexibility required for non-office hours, including evenings and weekends, based on VIP clients needs.
Serve as VIPs primary contact, responsible for communicating any issues or priorities to internal departments for prompt resolution.
Develop VIP-specific promotional offers and analyse campaign performance daily, optimizing and reporting as needed.
Attend regular team meetings to share insights on VIP market trends and player experiences, contributing to brand success.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Skilled in building customer relationships
Experience in gaming or gambling industry, especially as a VIP Customer Executive
Sales and account management experience preferred
Ability to understand and respond to customer needs, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
