Our client, who specialise in online marketing, website, and online gaming creation and collaborate closely with top global gaming brands are currently looking for an Italian speaking VIP Account Manager to join their award winning team in London on a hybrid basis.The Role:As a VIP Account Manager, you'll be pivotal in nurturing and expanding the clients’ VIP Italian-speaking clientele. Your primary objective will be to elevate customer satisfaction and optimise lifetime value through personalised account management. This entails understanding individual needs, offering unwavering support, fostering loyalty, and mitigating risks.What you’ll be doing:Provide unparalleled service across multiple channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person engagements.Flexibly manage your schedule to cater to the needs of VIP clients, even during evenings and weekends.Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients, liaising with internal teams to promptly resolve technical, financial, or service-related issues.Craft bespoke promotional offers for VIPs, analyse campaign performance, and optimise strategies accordingly.Contribute insights on VIP market trends and player experiences in team meetings, driving the brand's success forward.Requirements:Demonstrated experience as a VIP Customer Executive within the iGaming or online casino industry.Fluent in Italian, with impeccable verbal and written communication skills, alongside excellent English proficiency.Proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships.Background in sales or account management, preferably within the gaming or gambling sector.Strong analytical prowess to identify trends and patterns effectively.Highly organised with outstanding prioritisation skills.Comfortable navigating multiple systems and quick to adapt and learn.Solution-oriented with a knack for resolving customer issues adeptly.PensionHealth InsuranceLearning and DevelopmentWorking from abroad – up to 4 weeks in a yearIf this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please register with us
