Your new company
The company is a fast-paced global consulting organisation supporting businesses across 19 countries. The company provides their customers with a range of business advisory, coaching, consulting and training programs to move their business forward.
Your new role
Manage projects within Global Marketing budget
Responsibility for creating high-quality video content for campaigns
Provide creative and innovative visual ideas and solutions for all video, realising these ideas in line with current brand guidelines
Source new imagery and video, which may include proactively approaching partners and downloading from stock libraries
Support the marketing team throughout the production process, which may include finding interview subjects, creating graphics and presenting to departments and other internal stakeholders
Actively participate in briefing sessions, to ensure that the area of video is maximised to its full potential in all product launches and marketing campaigns.
Develop exciting and accurate video creative briefs and ensure that marketing communications are characterised by the highest creative standards
Film videos on set or on location
Ensure that equipment for a shoot is present and working
Plan the shoot with the creative team and the client
Edit footage in post-production
What you'll need to succeed
Animation skills and experience
Understanding of interview techniques
Good, strong understanding of video for marketing
Experience in writing and interpreting video briefs
3+ years’ experience in filming for marketing (preferably B2B) eg: directing, storyboarding, preparations, filming, crew hire, editing
3+ years’ in producing animated graphics for video use. This would include text, images & illustrations
3+ years’ in marketing communications (preferably)
Software skills:
Adobe Premier Pro
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop etc (desirable)
