THE OPPORTUNITYThis is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Creative team as Videographer until August 2025. As Videographer you make an impact by actioning videography within the wider creative brief set by the Art Director.
You will be working alongside a fantastic creative team including Retoucher’s, Photographers, Stylists and Designers to create stunning visual assets for use across all channels.You will be responsible for delivering completed videography projects and maintaining the files and links for future use across ECOM and marketing activities, whilst looking at new and exciting ways to develop our video creative and key processes. You will take accountability in ensuring that editing is best in class to create pixel perfect final assets ready for end use. You take responsibility for coaching and mentoring the junior Videography team, always looking for opportunities to uplevel their technical skills. You will have the opportunity to be involved with our exciting location shoots that are held in various locations across the UK and will work closely with our in-house photography team to ensure alignment between our stills and moving images.This is a hybrid role meaning you'll be based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire 3 days a week on average, with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week, this may flex up to full weeks or down dependant on business needs.BEHIND THE BRANDSWe’re a family-run,entrepreneurial company with an exciting pace of life and abright and friendly team.We are passionate about creatingstunning productswith a personal touch andinnovating our businessbehind the scenes. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEWorking with the photography and styling team to record and edit brand videos across campaign, ecomm, events and company assetsEditing content to a professional standard for use across all brand channels, adding graphics and recording high quality sound where required. Ensuring edits from the Junior members of Videography team are quality checked and opportunities for improvement are fed back to aid further developmentShooting and editing all ecommerce product videography, ensuring video is colour graded to match signed off product imageryShooting events, store openings, press and PR eventsSetting up shoots including lighting and camera equipment both in studio and on locationKeeping abreast of competition and market trends, feeding back and suggesting new ideas to Art DirectorEnsuring effective maintenance of equipment, along with communicating equipment needs/failures to the Creative Project ManagerProducing high quality, campaign videos ensuring that they are exposed correctly and colour consistentAlways looking to develop new styles and research inspiration to move our video content forward, testing new concepts and presenting ideas to the Art DirectorOptimising video ready to upload to CMSAccurately saving and archiving videos and keep all hard drives up to dateEnsuring work is delivered on time and to specificationWork with the Creative Project Manager and Art Director to proactively plan videography support during shoots, managing the Junior Videographers capacityUsing your excellent knowledge in music rights to select audioManaging Marketing and Designer video changes and requests, ensuring resource is allocated to complete on timeDue to the nature of the role, there may be requirements for longer working days from time to time THE TALENT YOU'LL BRINGProven experience in a similar position with a creative background and experience in a commercial setting, preferably within a relatable industryExperience mentoring and developing juniorsExperience working on set, both location and in-houseA keen interest in the fashion, lifestyle and jewellery industryAbility to multitaskExperience using professional equipmentProven experience in filming and editing ideally in Premier ProProject management experience – tracking progress and updating job boardsFriendly, self-motivated and approachable, able to use initiative and plan aheadA high degree of computer literacy across Adobe Creative SuiteUnderstanding + knowledge of accessories product + trendsA desire to create the best quality images and videos is essentialStrong brand awarenessConfident communicatorEnjoys working in fast paced dynamic environmentHappy to travel and work on locationA clean, valid UK driving license is desirablePERFECTLY PACKAGED A competitive salary 25 days holiday rising to 27 with length of service, plus bank holiday Abroadbenefitspackageincluding our staff favourite – a very generousstaff discount acrossboth our brands.
