Generating revenue in excess of £30 million annually whilst growing profits year-on-year, we’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing, privately owned businesses. Our first physical store opens in 2023, signing a 10-year lease for our flagship retail space at 354 Oxford Street, London.
Role Overview

Head of Marketing
The successful candidate will have a clear passion for all aspects of post-production and constantly be looking to improve their skills. They will be working across all Maniere De Voir video across eComm, Look Book and social content. They will have an expert knowledge of AdobeCreative Suites including Premiere Pro, After Affects. Knowledge of DaVinci is also desirable. They will have a demonstrable
history of editing high quality, engaging video for fashion brands. They will be aware of social media platform demands and will be expected to be involved in the wider creative process from ideation through to publish.
They will be a self motivate team player, working closely with the Creative Producer and Videographer. They will be a good story teller and have a passion for finding new and exciting ways to edit video content.
Your Impact
1. A passion for researching and implementing the latest editing techniques, using a variety of editing styles for different platforms and audiences.
2. Working alongside producers or alone to create engaging video content for all Maniere De Voir platforms.
3. Contribute to creative workshops to generate production ideas that support current projects; applying technical expertise to ensure high quality output and relevant direction.
4. Report back to the Creative Producer and Head of Marketing with key updates on a weekly / monthly basis evidencing milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing projects output through the appliance of strong technical knowledge and building rational arguments.
6. Understand and incorporate new trends within the changing landscape of social video, working closely with the Commercial Media, Social Media and Graphic Design teams to share and develop new ideas.
7. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and be comfortable alongside various different internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
Essential
Minimum of 3 years within a professional video editing role.
Expert ability level of Adobe Creative Suites.
Great communication skills.
Experience of successfully managing multiple creative project streams.
Proven experience of the production process from paper to publish with impactful outcomes.
Strong computer literacy.
Attention to detail on all aspects of production.
Understanding of how to tell a good story with a video edit, using interesting and innovative techniques.
Significant experience within the professional production environment (fashion focussed)
Desirable
Experience of working within the fashion media industry.
Motion design skills (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop in particular)
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve.
Colour grading and finishing.
Degree in Media / Television production.
The Interview Process
Stage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)
Stage 2 – Initial chat (30 mins). An introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.
Stage 3 - Task
Stage 4 – Formal interview (60 mins). The final stage is to present your completed task and an in-depth conversation with the hiring manger.
