Revantage UK is a high-performance consultancy providing expert services in Valuations & Reporting, Legal, Finance, Risk & Insurance, ESG, Technology, Communications, Procurement, and business Transformation to Blackstone’s European Portfolio Companies.
Revantage UK is headquartered in London and works very closely with the other Revantage Global Offices in North America, Europe, Asia, and Australasia.

Location & Office
We are currently working in the iconic Shard. We operate a hybrid working model – with diverse social opportunities organised by our internal committee taking place each month.
The role
Central oversight on all insurance matters including renewals and new transactions
Strategy and placement guidance across all lines of insurance
Manage a team of six risk managers and ensure they are supported to meet their annual team and personal objectives
Lead communication to senior stakeholders including Blackstone and C-Suite Executives at Portfolio Companies
Captive management oversight
Lead new initiatives including new master placements to address identified risk gaps
Be responsible for risk financing and alternative risk transfer methods on an ad-hoc basis for portfolio companies
Oversee lender financing – Broker Letter of Undertaking
Manage third party/vendor and tenant lease contracts review
Acquisition and Disposition Team Oversight
Claims management and analysis
Proactive and continuous communication to all stakeholders on renewal expectations and state of the market for budgeting purposes
Creating collaboration across portfolio companies (e.g., benchmarking, data, claim
trends) to drive best practice and increase levels of expertise
