Job Description We are seeking an experienced D2C leader with deep technology roots and a pragmatic tactical approach to engineer further growth and value creation in a dynamic mission critical market. As the VP you will be a confident hands-on leader with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high performing teams while driving growth and change in a consumer of MSP focused business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer marketing, be willing to drill into the details and navigate within a fast-paced technology-based world. The VP of Sales should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of managing and building the capabilities of a sales organization and be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills who can quickly navigate complex situations to reach desired goals. Main duties and responsibilities will include the following:Envision and execute strategic leadership, engage, energize, and enable sales growth and efficiencies, and continuously deliver profitable sales growth, to meet and or exceed financial goals. This includes the critical ability to create and enhance the consumer/customer value.Initiate, establish, and strengthen the strategic business planning relationship with key customers to grow the business through category sales/profit growth (with a strategic approach such as joint business planning/multi-function customer team approach.Lead sales strategic plan development and tactical plan implementation for managed services.Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring to market innovation, channel development, and new business development.Outline and manage sales budgets and forecasts, motivating teams to achieve quarterly and annual goals.Manage, supervise, and provide the best practices for the sales organization and agencies to elevate performance and achieve growth objectives.Serve on the Executive Leadership team, collaborating with teams, outsourced Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources toward the Company's goals and objectives.Collaborate closely and guide the Executive Team in analyzing and developing new or improving current sales strategies regarding increasing revenue and profitability. This would include identifying new customers, venturing into new potential markets, etc.Directly manage all major and critical developing client accounts and assist in the management of all other business expansion initiatives.Monitor trends and behavior of competing products in the market.Collaborate with the marketing team in developing new potential products and aligning final materials being used in new products.Represent the company at various business partner-related meetings and promotions (as well as in trade shows) in efforts to continually promote the company.This opportunity is Retained and Exclusive to Michael Page Boston.
