Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading Life Science Consultancy in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for a Vice President in the Life Sciences practice to support their capabilities and continue their growth. Vice President - Responsibilities:Be an integral member of the senior leadership team, helping grow the businessDefine the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverablesLead teams in the execution of engagementAct as a leader of our client relationships, to shape the client work, to attract/build/develop talents, and to manage and develop a practiceLeading a large team of Consultants & Analysts and supporting developmentWork closely with internal divisions to identify new business opportunitiesPlay a key part in the leadership of the division and wider businessManagement of Global Market Access or Commercial Strategy projectsExpanding existing relationships with current clients and also developing new onesTakes ownership of and /or assist with the preparation of proposalsVice President - Requirements:Must be already at Partner, VP, Senior Principal, Managing Director Level at a Life Science ConsultancyExpertise - Any of, Market Access, Commercial strategy, portfolio strategy, medicalBachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and strong leadership experienceDemonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team membersPrevious management consulting experience is requiredGlobal Market Access or Commercial Strategy experience within Life Science consultancyTrack record in Business DevelopmentHave existing relationships with Pharmaceutical & Biotech organisationsMantell Associates is a specialist Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences headhunting firm.
