With Infrastructure teams based in New York and London, the firm advise prominent investors on their capital raises, distribution, and secondary investments across all infrastructure asset classes.As they continue to grow, there is a need to hire a Vice President to originate and execute secondary advisory and distribution/syndication mandates across Europe.Interested candidates will:Be sitting in a Vice President position in an international/boutique investment bank focused on the infrastructure, power, utilities or renewable energy marketHave a proven M&A and capital markets deal track record in EuropePossess a strong deal execution skillset including modelling, valuation and due diligenceDemonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBe intellectually curious and have a diligent/proactive approach to problem solvingHave a strong interest and knowledge in the secondaries and/or power, utilities and infrastructure markets
