About Us
We are a small animal practice located between Derby and Nottingham, and we are currently seeking a passionate small animal veterinarian to join our friendly team. Our practice offers convenient access to the stunning Peak District and boasts excellent transportation connections to other parts of the country.
We have recently established a state-of-the-art DR radiography setup and provide in-house laboratory services, ultrasound, and endoscopy. Our current team consists of a highly experienced veterinarian, two veterinary nurses, and a receptionist/nurse assistant team.
The Role
There are no out-of-hours duties required, only a Saturday morning clinic on a rotational basis with time off in return. We strongly encourage the development of individual interests, and a starting CPD allowance is provided as part of the compensation package.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their skills and professional growth.
We're currently looking for a first opinion small animal vet, who is confident, a good team player and happy to carry out consultations and routine surgeries. You will need to be happy working alone but with backup.The position would suit someone with 2 years’ plus experience.
The Package
Salary of £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
RCVS and VDS paid
£1000 of CPD
