Versioning Producer - French Speaker

Salary:��25,000 - �30,000

The Role of the French Speaking Versioning Producer:

Our client is looking for a French Speaking Versioning Producer to sit within the Client Services department and be the main point of contact for the marketing teams of key global film/ movie studio clients. The Versioning Producer will ensure all creative and post production content is delivered to a professional standard across the UK and Globally.

Responsibilities of the�French Speaking Versioning Producer:

• Manage the day to day oversight of a key studio account


• Responsible for the provision of a full and professional client service, ensuring that all creative & post production jobs flow efficiently and are delivered on time and to the highest possible standards


• To ensure that a high level of client service and client engagement is maintained at all times


• Responsible for creative and finishing briefing meetings with the clients


• To be proactive in overseeing, coordinating and delivering all aspects of client relationships


• Liaising with Versioning Producers, clearance and trafficking teams, scheduling, creative and operational and technical personnel to ensure that delivery timescales and production briefs are reached


• Liaise with customer service coordinators to manage the localisation process across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, audio mixing and technical delivery


• To ensure that all work is delivered to an appropriate technical and creative quality


• Responsible for consistency of output and work with operations to ensure quality control standards are adhered to and met prior to final delivery

In addition to the existing producer responsibilities, the Versioning Producer should use their experience and knowledge of processes and accounts to support the management team achieving the below goals:

• Assisting the Studio Manager


• Ensure the Studio Manager is aware of workload, issues and successes of the wider CS team


• When required, work alongside Global Account Managers to assist and support with special projects and studio wide initiatives

Billing Duties of the�French Speaking Versioning Producer:

• To oversee the billing process


• Application of the rate card in order to prepare accurate cost estimates


• Providing support to the team to ensure jobs are billed correctly

Requirements of the�French Speaking Versioning Producer:

With previous demonstrable experience of working within post-production operations, you will have a track record of providing a high-level service to major clients.

You will also demonstrate:

• Fluent French speaking and writing


• Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery


• Experience of working on high-profile campaigns with short form content desirable


• Ability to liaise with clients of all levels


• Exceptional written and verbal communication and a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts
