The agency
This full service events and comms agency work with well known global brands, predominantly in the automotive, technology and pharma sectors, to deliver a range of events and experiences. From large scale congresses for 1000's to stand alone meetings for 500 delegates, through to product launches these events come with logistically complex elements and are delivered worldwide in some fantastic destinations.
The role
As the Senior Venue Finder / Manager, you will be responsible for responding to all RFI and RFPs for global venue finding as part of the full service event offering. Researching and keeping abreast of latest venue and destinations in the industry, attending FAM trips and updating the internal database are all part of this role. Building relations with international hotel and event venues as well as negotiating the best rates possible is also key.
About you
Ideally working currently in an events or venue finding agency your knowledge is global and across a wide range of corporate and unusual venues. You will be confident at negotiating contracts, have an excellent supplier network and work in a collaborative way with all departments. Ideally experience working with Cvent and an understanding of the compliance in the pharma and life sciences industry is key to apply.
