What you'll be doing...

Join us to start your next exciting adventure at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium, where strategic thinking is mixed with endless creativity.As the expert of operational excellence, you won't just craft amazing guest experiences but also drive revenue growth with innovative solutions.Come be a part of shaping the future of hospitality at this iconic site, where your leadership will be the key to unbeatable success and remarkable achievements.Your responsibilities will include:Strategic Leadership: Drive operational excellence, ensuring guest and client satisfaction while overseeing innovative revenue streams for consistent business growth.Team Management: Lead, recruit, and develop a committed team for efficient service delivery, maintaining internal and external relationships.Financial Growth: Accountable for cost control, culinary excellence, and creating a platform for financial growth through proactive management and innovative solutions.Sales and Business Development: Proactively sell external space, secure large corporate business, and create profitable bids through a comprehensive understanding of market trends and client needs.Compliance and Stakeholder Management: Ensure adherence to regulations, uphold organisational values, and manage third-party stakeholders to meet and exceed expectations. As a successful Site Director you will embody the following skills:Operational Leadership: Proven experience in senior operational management, inspiring large teams for exceptional service and commercial success.Client Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering an exceptional hospitality experience.Commercial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and a strategic mindset for achieving financial objectives.Adaptability: Balances a structured approach with resilience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.Sales Expertise: Strong sales background, adept at creating and implementing strategies for large volume events, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit and detailed commercial acumen.
