VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

NEW VEHICLE TECHNICIAN ROLE

Slough, Berkshire

Salary: up to 48k basic + 60k ote + benefits

YOLO Recruitment need an experienced vehicle technician, for our client’s dealership in Slough. You will need to have mechanical qualifications and ideally a full tool box.

Duties of the Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician / Vehicle Technician / Automotive Technician / Motor Mechanic / Car Mechanic / Car Technician :

* Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as conduct routine service & repairs.

* Ensure quality and a first time fix to delight our customers every time.

* Communicate with customers to fully understand their reported issue.

* Feedback resolutions to the technical platforms.

* Develop your skills & knowledge to stay at the forefront of vehicle technology, including EV.

* Lead by example continually demonstrating best practice to your colleagues.

* Assist and train your colleagues with technical assistance.

* Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues & sell-up opportunities.

* Maintain a clean & safe work bay.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 6.00. Saturday are on a rota basis, paid at overtime.
