Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: Bournemouth

Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, no weekends

Salary: �34,000 -�38,000 DOE

We are working with a well established dealership in Bournemouth area. If you're a qualified vehicle technician looking for every other weekend off - this could be for you!!

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining multiple makes and models of vehicles.

• 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

• Candidates with experience as a fast fit technician or within a main dealership will be considered

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify any potential problems
• Complete service and repair tasks efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management regarding work progress and any issues encountered

Experience essential for this role:

• Previous experience as a vehicle technician, ideally within a fast fit environment or main dealership
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle maintenance
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible approach to work and willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in vehicle maintenance and repair are desirable
• MOT certificate is an advantage
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence
