Are you the right person for the job?
It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience of vehicle maintenance administration/service desk advisor, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered
Applicants with purchase ledger experience would be an advantage
Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the telephone
The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
Be computer literate
Be eligible to work in the UK
What will your role as a Vehicle Maintenance Administrator look like?
Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager and working as part of a valued team
Dealing with customer and supplier enquiries
Ordering parts, liaising with vehicle technicians
Invoicing customers.
Other administrative tasks associated with the role.
