Position Overview: As a Vehicle Prepper/Polisher, you will play a crucial role in preparing and polishing vehicles to meet our high standards of quality and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for automotive finishing, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicles for refinishing by performing tasks such as sanding, masking, and priming.
• Polish vehicles to achieve a flawless finish, ensuring a high level of aesthetic appeal.
• Inspect and identify imperfections, blemishes, and defects in the vehicle's paint and surface.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to achieve smooth and even surfaces.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production and quality targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper/Polisher in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of paint preparation, polishing techniques, and finishing processes.
