Are you passionate about the automotive industry? Our client is currently seeking a Vehicle Prep Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to support the team and ensure that customers' cars are checked and ready to be delivered or collected.

As a Vehicle Prep Specialist, you will be responsible for various ad hoc duties related to preparing vehicles for customers. This includes checking them over and making sure they are in good working order. No prior automotive experience is required for this role, as our client is willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Job type: Temporary, full-time

Pay rate: �11.44 p/h

Shifts: 5 days between Mon-Sat | 08:00am - 17:00pm (start and end times may vary) | rotas issued weekly.

Location: Brent Cross, North West London

Responsibilities:

  • Assist movement of vehicles on site
  • Assist with collection and delivery of vehicles
  • Check for any damages/ issues and report them to the appropriate team members
  • Clean/ prep vehicles to ensure they are presentable for customers
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Coordinate with other team members to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Held a full UK driving licence for minimum 2 years, and no more than 3 points
  • Basic customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to perform ad hoc duties as needed
  • Comfortable to be working outside and hands-on
