Creativity andinitiative are encouraged to support your career development.We’re doing things differently.If this sounds like you,let’s talk.Vehicle Logistics PlannerThe VehicleLogistics Planner will co-ordinate the day-to-day logistics network,systems and processes that will facilitate the delivery our finishedvehicles in all markets. Collaborating across internal stakeholdersand external Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to prepare, monitor anddrive distribution quality and service through our supplier andretailer network, while ensuring SLAs are met.Responsibilitiesinclude (but are not limited to):Create electronic transportbookings and supporting documents, ensuring service levels aremaintainedCo-ordinating special vehicle logistics movementswith the service providers to support non-standard or specialist orderrequirementsFirst contact for any internal logisticsenquiriesEnsuring vehicle visibility, track and trace atevery stepSupport Outbound Logistics in both SAP and theLSP interface, collaborating with IT to develop or make changes in thesystem where required.What we are looking for:Experience in multi-modal logistics operations is essentialSpecific logistics experience within finished vehicle distributionis highly advantageousProficient in current logisticsdocumentation and terminologyPrevious experience using ITsolutions and tracking systems within a logistics / internationaltrade environmentAble to engage both internal stakeholdersand logistics service providers at all levelsAbility towork in a high-growth and fast-paced environmentIf the rolesounds of interest and you want to learn more please apply.
