About the role Manufacturing Futures is looking to recruit a Quality Engineer with experience of vehicle integration for our client in Rotherham. We are looking for somebody who can implement positive changes in order to improve overall performance, who has been hands on the tools previously, or worked as a quality inspector or vehicle inspector previously and is willing to do a hybrid inspection/quality engineering role in the initial 6-12 months. The role is very fast paced so experience of working within a similar fast paced environment is a must. Quality Engineer – Role and Responsibilities – Vehicle Integration, Lean, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering You will initiate ways to improve performance using basic lean manufacturing techniques, six sigma and process improvements. The successful Quality Engineer will be confident and articulate and have previous experience of leading audits on the shop floor. It is essential you have worked in manufacturing or production for a mechanical engineering focused manufacturing company and have some experience of vehicles.
