They are offering excellent working conditions a company that prides itself on quality and very good money / company benefits.Vehicle Damage Assessor Benefits: Competitive salary plus performance related bonus.29 days holiday including public holidays plus additional days with service.Pension contributions.Enhanced parental leave.Enhanced sick pay.Colleague recognition scheme.Cycle to work scheme.Accredited ongoing training.Opportunities for career progression.Vehicle Damage Assessor Responsibilities:Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex).Looking at the most cost-effective repair method.Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner.Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues.Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork.Vehicle Damage Assessor Requirements:Must have at least 1 years' experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor.
