Job Role:�As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for profitability through sales. Maximising customer awareness of all available services. Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration. Develop relationships with exisiting manufacturers and insurance approvals. Negotiate the greatest rates for the repairs required, whilst sticking to the manufacturers standards.

Experience:

• Background of VDA role


• Use of Audatex


• Sales & Negotiation Techniques


• Customer Service experience
