Vehicle Damage Assessor Estimator

Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator required in Lydd

Working within a Manufacturer Accredited Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre

Permanent, Full Time with Monday-Friday hours

Salary: Up to �50k pa depending on experience and qualifications + bonuses

We're looking for an experienced Motor Vehicle Damage Assessor / VDA / Estimator to join our Client's bodyshop in Lydd. Must have experience in a Bodyshop / Accident Repair Centre and experience using Audatex or Glassmatix.�

Responsibilities:

Assess damage to a range of vehicle makes/ models;

Calculate time and cost for all necessary repairs;

Create estimates via Audatex;

Negotiate estimates and discuss any issues relating to the claim with engineers;

Record all repair information on Autoflow;

Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained;

Provide customers with updates in relation to cost involved and time to complete the repairs.

Requirements:

Excellent organisational skills;

Experience using Audatex;

ATA Accreditation (ATA VDA) would be beneficial.
