Ignition Driver Recruitment is actively seeking self-employed Vehicle Collection and Delivery Drivers, to work for our client who are an established vehicle delivery company offering both driven and transported services to end users, and dealer to dealer.
The role will involve delivering cars to premises all over the UK, so whilst you will be required to travel to the Leicester Head Office for your induction, the vehicles you collect for delivery will be closer to home.

4. Are you a safe, sensible driver? 
5. Do you have your own private parking or driveway? 

The Role: 
As we have mentioned above, our client are an established vehicle delivery company offering both driven and transported services to end users, and dealer to dealer. This means that as a Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for: 

• Driving new cars to customer homes, dealerships and rental companies
• Traveling up and down the UK to make deliveries 
• Ensuring you complete pre & post-delivery vehicle checks 
• Completing paperwork relating to the vehicle delivery
• Completing 2/3 deliveries per day 
• Using public transport between deliveries (this is pre-paid)

It is essential that you have access to private parking or a driveway, as you will collect your next mornings drop the night before and keep it at home (prevents you having to travel to your pick up early in the morning).  
Working Hours:
As a self-employed driver for our client, you will be assigned work on a Monday to Friday basis. 
Start times are usually between 06:00 and 08:00 and your day will average about 10 hours. There is the opportunity for extra hours on a Saturday if you want to boost your earnings.
