Van Driver

M4 Recruitment are currently on the hunt for reliable and responsible Van Drivers to work for a well-established food wholesaler based in Wiltshire.�

You will be required to complete 2-4 drops to areas such as London, Chepstow, Gloucester & Bristol.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (4am/5am starting time)

Overtime &�Weekend work available.

Role Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers in a timely manner.


• Load and unload goods from the vehicle.


• Plan delivery routes and follow schedules.


• Communicate with customers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.


• Collect payments from customers, if required.


• Complete necessary paperwork and maintain delivery logs.


• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.


• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, such as checking oil levels and tire pressure.


• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.


• Strong time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.


• Ability to handle heavy lifting, as some packages may be large or heavy

Requirements:

• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.


• Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.


• Knowledge of commercial driving regulations and safety standards


• Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including vans and trucks.


• Familiarity with local and national roads and routes.
