Position: Van Driver Towing

Location: Redruth

Driver Hire Cornwall are currently looking to take on an experience van delivery driver for one of our busy clients based in Redruth, deliver tool / site hire equipment and supplies all over Cornwall. If this sounds like the role for you, apply today.

About the job:

• Working on a flexible basis, averaging 2/3 shifts per week, with optional ad-hoc overtime available.
• Driving a large van with towing capabilities.
• Start times can vary between 07:00 - 08:00 in the morning, with minimum 8 hr days paid.
• Pay is from �14 per hour with lots of overtime opportunities available. (Advanced payroll method inclusive of holiday pay)
• PAYE - Internal payroll meaning we don't use umbrella firms!
• Weekly pay.

Job requirements:

• A full and valid Category B+E licence.
• An in-date digi card (tacho card)
• The ability to lift and carry as well as move freely in and out of the vehicle, in all weather conditions is necessary due to the physical nature of this role.
• Previous van delivery experience would be advantageous.
• Your own transport is essential to get to and from work.
• Working mobile phone.

Please be aware that the advertised pay for this job role is an advanced payroll method, meaning the rate is inclusive of your holiday pay at 12.07%. We are more than happy to accommodate a standard payroll method if you prefer to accrue and take holiday separately.
