We're on the lookout for an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Valuations Team. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in advising our diverse portfolio of UK and multinational clients across various deal stages. From transaction pricing to fund reporting, fairness opinions to expert witness services, you'll be at the forefront of providing invaluable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust valuation models.
Conduct advanced financial analysis independently.
Supervise and prioritize the work of junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality output.
Oversee project planning, monitoring, and administration.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
Foster strong client relationships, including attending meetings and drafting communications.
Identify key issues and client needs, proposing effective valuation methodologies and approaches.
Prepare tailored written reports to meet client requirements.
Communicate key analysis findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
Drive team initiatives and support relationship management for business development.
Qualifications:
ACA qualification or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in various valuation methodologies, including audit assists, DCF, income, and cost approach.
Advanced quantitative skills and Excel proficiency.
Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for delivering high-quality presentations and analyses.
Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and influencing skills.
Excellent project management abilities with a track record of delivering top-notch work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp business operations, industry dynamics, and economic trends.
