Role: Valuations Specialist- Hospitality (Associate Director)
Location: Leeds
Role Overview:
As a key member of this growing valuations team, you'll be entrusted with the responsibility of providing top-notch valuation services within the Hospitality sector. Your duties will include surveying and valuing properties and businesses, generating business through proactive outreach, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough property and business inspections to determine value.
Drive business growth through proactive outreach and market awareness.
Responsively address client enquiries and deliver exceptional service.
Prepare detailed valuation reports in accordance with industry standards.
Collaborate with key contacts and cross-sell within our network.
Build enduring relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
Relevant Real Estate Degree (Essential)
RICS Chartered Status (Essential)
Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience (Desired)
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (Essential)
Proficiency in IT tools and office software (Essential)
Knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends (Desired)
Meticulous report preparation skills (Essential)
