Valuation Surveyor to Associate Director - DRC Focus

Woodhouse Property Recruitment is assisting a market-leading consultancy in growing its North-West commercial valuation team following high-profile business wins.
The role offers a refreshing variety of instructions focusing on alternative assets, such as prisons and universities, that require the DRC valuation method. You will also be involved in traditional loan security and fund valuations for commercial and specialist properties across the North-West.

Key Responsibilities:
Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) valuation on non-trading properties such as prisons, universities, and libraries.
Secured Lending valuation for core commercial assets and alternative properties and developments.
Working in collaboration with Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, and Agency teams.
Client management.
Key Skills and Experience:
MRICS qualified.
RICS Registered Valuer.
Good report writing skills and a high level of attention to detail.
