Valuation Surveyor,
Birmingham (Hybrid) - £35K-£40K
Spinks has collaborated with the UK's leading specialist advisor. They are currently seeking a valuation Surveyor to join their dynamic team based in Birmingham.
Skills and Experience
Essential: Relevant qualification or RICS Chartered Status.
Ideally: One to two years of post-qualification experience.
Essential: Proficiency in valuation techniques
Essential: Methodical approach to valuations and report preparation
Ideally: Understanding of Accounts and Leases
Essential: Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Essential: Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office
Ideally: Familiarity with the trade sector and market trends
Ideally: Knowledge of relevant legislation .

This role will be a hybrid role and requires candidates to be in their Birmingham office twice or thrice a week and is paying c.£40K + benefits.
