Overview -

The successful Validation Engineer will liaise with other members of the team and work on the development, qualification, and routine monitoring of product and process specifications

Validation Engineer duties include -

  • Specifying, programming, and regularly monitoring Metrology / CMM equipment used for the qualification and process control of all customer-supplied goods.
  • Developing and implementing validation protocols to support a wide range of new and improved products and processes.
  • Deploying quality tools and techniques daily to assist in product and process approval and continuous development. This includes activities such as measurement system analysis, failure mode, and effects analysis, design of experiments, and first article inspection reports.
  • Monitoring and reporting on all validation strategies and objectives.
  • Liaise with all members of staff to continuous improvement.

Validation Engineer desirable skills and experience -

  • Experience working within a similar role (Metrology Engineer, Quality Engineer etc).
  • IT literate, ability to navigate Microsoft Office and analyse data.
  • Ideally have some knowledge of tools such as FMEA and MSA.
  • Relevant Electrical /Mechanical engineering education (HND/HNC).
