A leading company in the automotive engineering manufacturing industry is currently seeking an experienced Validation Engineer to support their development activities. Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing validation documentation, tracking validation plans, and providing technical support for failure analysis. This position is based primarily in a modern facility, with some flexibility for remote work and occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute validation plans and reports.
• Apply reliability engineering methodologies across the business.
• Support product team meetings and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S and Quality Management System standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification, with a focus on the automotive sector preferred.
• Proven experience in validation engineering, including knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, project management, and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with combustion engines and test environments is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
