Restore are currently recruiting for an Archive and Records Team Manager to provide a professional archiving service in relation to the records and images contained within Nucleus, and to meet any public records requirements on behalf of all stakeholders.This is to support the achievement of the Restore Digital Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, Information Security and Environmental Management Objectives.RESPONSIBILITIESTo manage the Archive and Records administration team Provide training and development where requiredHR duties including return to work interviews and approving annual leaveEnsure Archive help desk is adequately covered and requests, accessions, retrievals and destructions are fulfilled within expected timeframeAllocate tasks to the team to ensure objectives are metIndividual administrator objectives to be agreed and performance reviewed during the Restore Digital annual appraisal processEnsure department and individual targets are consistently met Always maintain high safety and security awarenessMaintain compliance to Information Security, as per the Nucleus and NDA Information Security PolicyLiaise with NDA, other stakeholders and members of the public via email, telephone or letter requestsDocument destruction process and shreddingData input to the Archive Management SystemOperate essential equipment i.e., scanners in a competent and responsible mannerABOUT YOUCandidates must have a qualification in archivingManagement experience Able to provide training and development when needed Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority.
