Open to fully remote candidates willing to work PDT hours. 3-5 years of practical art/design experience, graphic design skills, understanding of UI best practices, proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop, experience integrating UI assets into Unity
Strong background in UI/UX design in the e-commerce sector, experience with CRO principles and practices, portfolio demonstrating design skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates, ability to translate customer needs and behaviors into design improvements, knowledge of analytics tools, proficient in Figma, experience in Shopify preferred, excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to manage own projects and work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines, enthusiastic, self-confident, and self-motivated, willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve.
Work is allowed from any location, but European timezones are preferred Strong UX/UI design skills, knowledge of design principles and industry-standard software, ability to visualize and prototype concepts, excellent communication and organization skills
