At Evri we have transformed the way the company approaches user experience and product design. From a humble beginning 5 years ago with a single UX Designer, our department has grown in leaps in bounds and so has the profile of the work we do. We now count our CEO as one of our biggest fans and cheerleaders, and just like us, he is obsessed with creating class leading experiences.
We've done some great work but there is still lots to do so we are looking for talented and ambitious UX leaders to join us. You'll help transform the way users interact with us on platforms that span web, native mobile, in store devices and progressive web apps as well the tools and services our clients, couriers and workers use every day.
Your purpose (in a nutshell)
As a senior UX leader within the business, you'll not only be the voice of the user, but take a hands-on role in shaping the products and experiences we offer across web and app while managing a team of up to 2 other designers.
You will form a consultative relationship with directors across your product pillar, help shape product and business strategies through market and user research and design, and make sure that the work your teams produce help advance the visibility and maturity of UX within the organisation.
