Utilities Team Leader | Aldershot

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Salary: Up to £31,000 depending on experience VIVO, a 50:50 joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, has been awarded places on the Defence FM and Housing Maintenance framework contracts.

Could you be our next Utilities Team Leader working to support families in Military housing? This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Team Leader to play a pivotal role to manage the utilities team in providing support and the finance team. Ensuring all administration procurement activities and contracts are delivered professionally to time.
Working alongside the Operations Support Manager you will join our professional, dynamic and expanding Regional Service Centre team to ensure utility bill administration allows accurate and timely payments.
Within this role you will manage a team of Utilities Administrators to provide support to the Utilities Team. You will champion continuous improvement rolling out any new processes including the roll out of a smart meter installation programme.
This role will see you promote a consistent, positive, and caring customer experience as well as building good relationships with service providers.
What you'll need to do this role
You should have a proven record in administration of a planned and maintenance environment and be highly motivated with a passion to succeed.
You should be able to identify opportunities for advancing the organisation's mission while maintaining an awareness of the business areas and associated risk. It is essential that you can demonstrate experience and working knowledge of Excel.
It is desirable that you have experience of operating within an MOD or Energy environment.
You must be able to pass SC Clearance to be considered for this role.
