The firm works with a range of clients in the sector, including the NHS and Department for Education, to provide a variety of services. This organisation has a dedicated team of professionals with expertise in the public sector industry, and is committed to helping its clients achieve their mission through innovative and effective solutions. Responsibilities:• Designing research programs to help design and delivery teams succeed• Conducting research programs• Synthesizing and communicating research insights and findings• Embedding research and testing into large projects• Collaborating with designers, strategists, and technologists to turn research insights into solutions• Advocating for the value of user research to clients• Supporting the Head of Design Research in shaping the direction, capabilities, and profile of the design research team• Contributing to the development of the research community within the organisationRequirements:• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research, ideally within a consulting or agency setting• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. human-computer interaction, psychology, anthropology)• Willing and eligible to apply for and obtain UK security clearance to Security Check or Developed Vetting level• Passion for staying current with design research techniques, methods, and best practices• Excellent communication and collaboration skills• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities• Strong understanding of GDPR and other compliance issues that impact researchFor further information feel free to reach us at 02895213213 or simply apply below!Reference: AMC/RKI
